03-14-12 WOD


Skill Work:
Ring L-Sit

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Cool Down:
15 Broad Jumps

(Note:  800m distance is from the barn to the telephone pole and back x4 at the side parking lot at the gym.  You may perform GHD  back extensions or superman with a two second hold for the back extension portion of the WOD.)
