03-31-12 WOD



"Death By Press"

Strict Press every minute on the minute

(Note:  When you are unable to strict press you may then move on to push press, and then push jerk.  The goal is to continue to increase your reps by one each minute of the WOD until you are unable to finish the number of reps in a one minute time frame.  i.e. only 6 reps in minute 10 of the WOD at which point, you are done.  Your score is the number of reps you performed.)
