Ground To Overhead
Push Ups

9-21-15
Squat Clean
Sit Ups

(NOTE:  You may perform the row at any time during the WOD.  Ground to overhead can be a clean and jerk, snatch, power snatch... any way to lift the weight from the floor overhead with PERFECT form is OK.)
