7 Overhead Squats
7 Burpee MB Slam

(Note:  The Burpee MB Slam is performed as a burpee while holding the med. ball.  At the top of the burpee, instead of a jump and clapping your hands, you will lift the med. ball and slam it to the ground. Rinse and Repeat...  Good Luck!)
