Warm up:
Turkish Get Ups
4-4-4-4-4 (each arm)


Strength:
Step Ups
3-3-3-3-3 (each leg)

THEN....

TABATA!!
DB snatch
DB squat thruster
DB OH lunge
DB upright row

(Tabata: 20 secs of work, 10 secs of rest. Done for 8 rounds or 4 minutes)
