"THE CENTURY"

FOR TIME:

100 SIT UPS
100 PUSH UPS
100 SQUATS
100 DIPS

(Note: This is a workout that I will often do when traveling or at home on a Sunday when I can't get to the gym. You may use a chair or couch or high step for the dips.  Enjoy!)
